These pages illustrate the first few chapters from wolf brother. I was inspired by this book and created my own original biro pen illustrations.

Wolf is an interesting animal character I have read in a long time. I aggressively love Wolf’s mate: Darkfur. Anyways I made this digital artwork of the first book title and Wolf himself!

After I read the first book I really wanted to do a drawing based on it. This is Torak and Wolf sitting in the forest. 🙂

I have drawn Seshru from the chronicles of ancient darkness series.

This is my drawing of Renn, the background animals symbolises the animals and people in her life, the wolf represents Torak and Wolf. The raven represents Rip and Reck, it also is a sign of how close she is to her clan. The viper of course is a way of showing her awful mother Seshru.

I painted this a long time ago from the artist Bob Ross and it reminded me of the far north and the first tree.

At the end of wolf brother, wolf howls farewell to torak so I decided to illustrate this amazing piece of literature, my favourite ending to a book in a while

A painting inspired by the the ice mountain at the edge of the world in Vipers Daughter and the colours of the sky at night and the first tree (northern lights).

A painting I did many years ago while reading the wolf brothers series. I was inspired by the idea of cave art and the personal and iconic symbology throughout the series. I think of this as a painting of my name soul, as each hand print is unique and personal.

When going on a hunt, some hunters, like Renn, put feathers in their hair, to be more lucky. I took the Alula Feathers (from a part of a wing, that would be like the thumb on a human hand) from a Jackdaw and a kestrel and connected them with a wooden pearl.

I painted these stones when I was younger (about 7 years ago) because I love the covers of the Chronicles of Ancient Darkness books. There is not much else to say, I just wanted to add them to the collection, though I am definitely not an artist! 🙂
